According to our bylaws we must meet annually and need a meeting quorum of 75 voting members. We have a radio broadcast option so people can listen to the meeting from the parking lot, in their cars. If you will be participating in the meeting from your car, you will be handed a packet with a ballot for voting, and if you have questions we will get those questions to the floor. We also can seat people, masked and safely distanced, in the worship space. Please adjust your schedule accordingly to attend, be informed, and help us achieve a meeting quorum.
