Angel Haven Ministry
Angel Haven Ministry offers a safe, caring space for our youngest members, from several weeks to three years old (birth to 3 years) during worship, milestone celebrations, and special events.
As you connect with your faith and community, your child will learn of God’s love through stories, songs, and play with a dedicated adult leader and volunteers.
The process is simple - sign in with your cell phone number. No snacks are allowed but bottles are permitted. You will receive a text for diaper changes or as needed. If offsite, diaper changes will be made by the adult lead.
Volunteers are welcome at all services and special events. Each adult completes a background check, a First Aid safety course, and training. Teens and tweens can pair up with an adult lead.
Planning an Event for Resurrection Families: Child care can be arranged by contacting Angel Haven Coordinator, Susan Asplund. Funding for child care comes from ministry or donations.
Faith Outfitters First Steps Pilot
Faith Outfitters First Steps is a program for birth-5 year olds and their grown-ups to connect with each other and grow in their relationship with God. The pilot program will be held from 10-11:30am on the following dates:
Jan. 12 & 26, Feb. 9th & 23rd, No Group March 9th (Spring Break) March 23rd, April 13th, April 27th, and May 11th. The time will be structured as follows:
- 10-10:20 Gathering Time with Activity Centers in the Faith Outfitter Room
- 10:20-10:30 Circle Time
- 10:30-11:20 Separation Time: Children are cared for in a room separate from the grown-ups while grown-ups have conversations.
- 11:20-11:30 Closing Circle Time and Good-byes
