Volunteer At Today's Harvest
Second Saturdays, 9:30-11:30am
Today's Harvest is a free market that provides nutritious food at Open Cupboard, formerly CCEFS. Volunteers greet customers, answer questions, assist with the checkout process and restock the market as needed. Join us in the fight against hunger.
Help Sort Donations
Saturday May 11, Various Shifts
Open Cupboard is looking for volunteer groups for a special project on Saturday, May 11th. The National Association of Letter Carriers is hosting its Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, and we are expecting to receive around 40,000 pounds of donated food that day!
We are looking for volunteer groups to help us sort and process these donations. This is a great volunteer opportunity for groups, including families. For this event, we are able to take volunteers ages 10 and up.
We are looking for groups of anywhere from 3 to 15 people that Saturday for the following shifts: 1:30-3:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm, and 5:30-7pm. If you or your group are interested, please contact Jay Hickey.
